Clean Factory (C Factory) 226570 Explorer II

Featuring the Dandong 3285 Movement

Clean Factory has launched the 226570 Explorer II in both black and white versions. The standout feature of this release is the 3285 movement, the same movement used in the 126710 model, but with a larger size specifically for the 226570. The date position differs from that of the 126710 as well.

This distinction is important because the date position on other 226570 models available on the market is incorrect. Due to the relative niche status of the Explorer II, movement manufacturers have been reluctant to develop a specific movement for this size. Clean Factory spent over a year convincing the Dandong movement factory to develop this unique size.

Differences in Bezel Font

There are significant differences between the 226570 and the previous 216570 models.

Changes in the Movement

Both models feature a 42mm case, but there are notable changes in the case, hands, and bezel font thickness.

Year-Based Differences in Black and White Dials

The black dial version, due to its production year, still features the old, thin font on the bezel, while the white dial version, purchased in 2023, features the newer, thicker font.

The Explorer II is a rare and unique watch within the entire Rolex lineup, holding a special place. Until Clean Factory’s release, it was difficult to find a near-perfect version of this model. We hope that Clean will continue to bring more high-quality products in the future.
