We provide free return services within 7 days after receiving the package.

If you don’t like or have defects you receive, you can send it back to us through local aviation parcels.

Please do not tear off the protective film of the watch, do not wear a watch.

Our local freight should be borne by customers and bears the risk of confiscated by customs.

After receiving the return package, we confirmed that the items were the same as when they were issued. We will refund you in full!

WHY I CAN’T GET THE TRACKING INFORMATION BY USING THE NO. GIVEN FROM YOU ON THE TRACKING WEBSITE?

While tracking no. provided, it will takes about 1-2 days before appearing tracking statue on the website. The processing procedure will takes 24-48 hours by the shipping agent.

CAN I CHANGE THE ITEMS IF I DON’T LIKE IT AFTER RECEIPTION?

Sure you can. For exchange of products, buyers should agree with these:

DO YOU OFFER ANY WATCHES THAT ARE NOT SEEN ON YOUR SITE?

Yes, we provide watches that are not seen at our website. Under this occasion, please send pictures and requirement to us. After prepared, we’ll confirm with you before shipping.

ARE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE YOUR REAL PRODUCTS? BUT SOME OF THEM ARE NOT MARKED OF THE SIZE?

We can assure that the pictures on our website are took of the real products. Regarding the size, we can’t promise to mark them one by one. However,we can assure that the sizes are the same as the original ones.

WHY DOES MY AUTOMATIC REPLICA WATCHES STOP TICKING AND LOSE TIME?

When you first receive your automatic replicas, you need to wind it for 3 minutes straight before wearing it. If you wear it everyday, it will continue to wind itself on your wrist with your movement. HOW TO SET TIME?

To set time, you need to turn button in anti-clockwise direction if you have a screw-in lock watch. Gentally pull the button out a little bit. The best way is to use thumb and index finger and use the finger knuckle as a lever in order to pull the button out with as little force as possible. You can feel a little “click”. Now you can set time by turning it anti-clockwise. This would turn the minute-hour hands forward until you set the right time. When time is set, push the button back and turn the button clockwise for a few rounds.

WHAT WILL YOU DECLARE THE PACKAGE ?

We always declare as “watch” or “timer” or “gift”, we can’t mislead the declaration or else you won’t get anything. Sometimes we put Fashion Watch, Repaired Watch, Toy Watch, etc. If you want us to declare any value (usually for experienced customers) just let us know. But if you don’t have experience, let us decide based on our experiences, usually we declare the value between $15 – $50.

I TRACKED MY ORDER AND IT SEEMS THERE IS NO MOVEMENT / STRANGE STATUS / CLEARANCE EVENT ETC. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Do not call DHL, EMS or any logistic company related to your shipment for any reasons. Contact us, communicate and just relax. Keep in mind, sometimes we use regular postal office to make it safe, and mostly they are very slow. Do not panic, just relax, and contact us for any matters.

MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVES IN MY COUNTRY, BUT THEY WANT ME TO PROVE THE PRICE, WHAT SHOULD I DO ? (IT ONLY HAPPENS IN SOME COUNTRIES)

Simply contact us for this matter, usually they need a price and payment proofs. We will provide invoice of your package with any particular match amount with your package declaration. Just be calm and do not panic.

In the event your order was seized by customs, please contact us immediately. Rest assured that we would work with you to get the best solution. However, for unsuccessful deliveries or if your order was stolen, we will not be held responsible for it. Please also note that we are not responsible for your country tax.

SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR DEAD WATCH ON ARRIVAL?

We will give you 2 options as part of our warranty coverage :1.Go to local repair (because it is usually minor issue caused by shakes and some small screw are loose). Find out the price and we will cover the cost if it’s reasonable. This option is usually for someone who doesn’t want to wait any longer to send back, repair, and re-deliver. 2.Return the watch to us, and we will repair it. Please note that it will take time. Just be patient to wait until all solved and we can deliver it back. Return shipping cost will be on your side. There are some requirements on shipping matters: 1).Use EMS, or regular postal office (registered mail) of your area. DO NOT use some major logistics companies like Fedex or DHL. 2).Declare as: broken watch (timer) to repair less than $10 value 3).We will give you return address if you want to choose this option
