New ❗❗ Artisans de Genève (ADG), Geneva craftsmen, have created the new Daytona Skeleton (Shimmering in the Dark) 4130
1. The dial is made from a single block of natural sapphire, drawing inspiration from vintage timepieces. Its transparency offers a fascinating view that reveals the intricacies of watchmaking. The piece is covered with luminescent plates that emit an ever-present glow. The custom-featured automatic tourbillon adds a phosphorescent “X” insert hand-applied with luminescent material.
2. The luminescent material accentuates every detail – the vivid, distinctive hue of the bezel mirrors the glamour of the smooth surfaces. super-Luminova hands with 12 neon reference points on the dial create fascinating visual tension. The bezel, with its solitary sapphire, is complemented by a newly developed neon green luminous insert that evokes the glamour of a bygone era.
3. Beneath the sapphire crystal is the skeletonised calibre cal.4130. The skeletonised subdials on the dial allow the various parts of the movement to be observed, while the transparent caseback offers a panoramic view. The automatic tourbillon also has a special “X”-shaped phosphorescent insert added to match the overall theme. The sapphire dial and skeletonised movement allow light to penetrate every part of the Adam personalisation.
