ZF.Factory Stuns the Watch World Again, Officially Launching a New Milestone with the RM35-02!
- Case: The watch features a high-tech TPT [quartz fiber] material, with dimensions of 49.94 x 44.5 mm. It is crafted from silica fiber layers no thicker than 45μm, interwoven with a special resin through an automated control system. The fibers are oriented at a 45-degree angle between layers. The material is heated to 120°C in a three-stage high-temperature flame furnace and then sent to ProArt for processing and molding. Natural quartz fiber is white, lightweight, and boasts exceptional impact resistance, hypoallergenic properties, and UV resistance.
- Movement: Equipped with the newly developed Calibre RMAL1 integrated movement, the baseplate and bridges are made from grade 5 titanium alloy with a sandblasted finish and treated with PVD/Titaly coating to ensure maximum rigidity and a smooth surface. The distinctive variable-geometry balance wheel allows for acceleration or deceleration of winding by adjusting the position of six small wings. The inertia balance oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 VPH and features a double-barrel system for greater and more stable torque. It provides a 55-hour power reserve.
