Core Technical Highlights
1. Genuine Grade 5 titanium case
The hardness of true Grade 5 titanium is significantly higher than ordinary titanium, and the cost is also much higher. However, the finishing and CNC machining details are far more refined. The lines are clean and smooth, with no jagged edges, while the subtle beveling on the four lugs is executed with exceptional precision and consistency.
2. The dial is the hardest part to replicate
The dial is the most difficult component of this watch to reproduce. On most conventional lume-applied markers, under UV light, the edges often appear blurry or uneven, and the triangle at 12 o’clock easily becomes distorted.
To achieve the same effect as the original, the exact same type of luminous material must be used. With the help of advanced automated color-calibration technology, the color is precisely matched first, then the lume printing is repeated nine times. After the first print, it must dry naturally for a full day before the second application begins. This process is patiently repeated over and over until the triangle at 12 o’clock is 100% consistent with the original. Whether under natural lighting or UV light, the hands and dial maintain perfectly matched color, just like the genuine piece.
3. Diamond-sandblasted Grade 5 titanium case and caseback
After machining, the Grade 5 titanium case and caseback are treated with diamond sandblasting. In order to achieve a result that is truly identical to the original, repeated tests were carried out using diamond sand of different grades and coarseness. Only after the color and the grain texture of the case matched the original perfectly was batch production approved.
